Fantastic amenities, stunning and lovely setting.

Very comfy bed in the queen room, plus a coffeemaker, a whirlpool, and a writing desk. Nice views and really nice facilities.

Special and nice hotel located near a great walking trail, and restaurants and shopping. Comfortable units with WONDERFULl view, free WIFI and clean towels, wonderful employees. Truly memorable stay, as always.

The hotel is clean, the staff are excellent, the location is remote, and the venue is nicely appointed in a well-kept area.

The room was perfect and exceptional, the staff were consistently courteous and nice, the pool was great, and I enjoyed warm drinks at the snack bar; it was also easy to park on site.

The selection of televsion channels was poor. The documentation describing the channels do not match what is on the channels. I would have preferred seeing some news channels. I appreciated the SyFy channel and one movie channel. The rest was not very good.

I picked the Pioneer Inn because of the pool and sauna but neither were working. There was nothing on any website to say that.

This place is located near restaurants, attractions, and a wonderful walking trail, making it a really convenient spot overall.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool, I was there with my 8 year old. The pool was under renovation. The front desk staff was very rude and didn't acknowledge us at the desk. At check out it was just sign here and see ya attitude. I won't be back. I'll pay more and stay at the Best Western.

The room had good facilities. the hotel is centrally located, close to a park, restaurants, and the river. - the breakfast provided was more than adequate and complimentary. - Check-in was quick. - They offer a shuttle service from the airport.

Location was good, rooms were ok.

I did not like the fact that I couldn't get the wireless internet to work on my laptop the entire two days I stayed there. Even upon bringing the laptop to the front desk and asking for help it would not work. The fellow at the desk was more than helpful but even after rebooting the hotels router it would not work. Other guests had the same problem I did and it was very annoying. I did use the lobby computer a few times but it is not very private and I was not able to access everything I wanted to. The hotel should really upgrade this service so it works with no problem, I called for the password and couldn't get it to work, then was asked if I was using CR1 to connect instead of Pioneer Inn 1, no one had told me to do that either. It still did not work. I always make sure I book hotels that have wireless internet that works and I would not stay there again. Our room had not been made up after us being gone all day and that was unacceptable. We had checked in very late the night before and they came into the room when my friend was still sleeping at 9 the next morning, then it seemed as though they forgot the room. The lady at the desk was quite helpful to bring us clean towels, coffee and empty the garbage as housekeeping was gone for the day.

We were delighted to find a newly renovated room with nightstands, a fireplace, and a desk with a chair.
